sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet internet.. hello, I love you.

AHH! I have internet again!

I am so much happier about this than I should be, I almost hugged the cable guy when he left I was so giddy.

First, I want to send a shout out to my East Coast readers/friends. I sure hope you and yours are recovering from Sandy quickly. I know what it is like to have your life turned upside down due to Mother Nature.

I hope you are all doing well, keeping safe and staying warm!

Now onto other things...

Apparently last night was Halloween-- Last year, I partied hard enough to put me in timeout for a few more years of Halloween. ;)

....SO, we just laid low-- we thought about going to West Hollywood to check out the Carnival (which is the largest Halloween celebration in the world) BUT we just went to dinner instead, and then came home to watch 2001: A Space Odyssey. I still can't follow that movie. 

Today, I've been playing skyrim (for like 5 hours), indulging myself in the joys of the internet in between  shoving rice and orangina drink down my throat... 

I also walked to trader joes and bought gluten free bagels, greek yogurt and  red wine ($2 buck chuck!). 

It's been a pretty awesome day.

And since it is November, that means I have a birthday this month, and I've gotta say, since this is the first birthday I will be rocking a few grey hairs, I'm feeling pretty old. Twenty-Six is so close to 30.

SO now that I have rambled for 4 months straight on this blog, I thought I would continue rambling for another 4 months! muhahahaaaaa. Gotcha!
