Ryan's Super AWESOME Banana Bread!

Okay I just made my first Banana Loaf, and jeeee-sus it's good.

I was really afraid of how it would come out because I found a recipe online and severely tweaked it;
because that's how I roll.

I decided to make some Banana Bread because we're off to my aunties house for a family function.....
and I never like to show up somewhere empty handed.
Especially when I know food is involved.

Since I love everyone, I thought I'd share my special recipe.
(Don't forget about me if you win that Tablet)

Ryan's Super AWESOME Banana Bread
yields 2 loafs, because one is never enough.

Ingredients
6-7 Ripe Bananas Mashed
3 Cups of Flour
1 1/2 cup Sugar
4 tbsp Honey (optional)
11 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 to 1 tsp Almond Extract
Couple Dashes of Cinnamon
Couple Dashes of Salt
2 Beat Eggs

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°; In a bowl mash the Bananas, add Almond and vanilla extract, honey, sugar, baking soda, beat eggs, cinnamon, salt, and butter; mix thoroughly. Combine banana mixture with flour.
Pour half of mixture into greased loaf pan. (I use butter)
(Save the rest for your second loaf)

Cook loaf for 50 mins; remove from oven and cover with foil until cool. This will help keep the bread moist, and will allow it to finish cooking without drying it out. You can check if the bread is finished by sticking a knife or tooth pick through the middle (like cake), it should come out dry. (It's okay if a little is stuck to the knife, as long as it isn't goopey or wet looking)

TIP: Make sure if you remove the loaf from the pan before it is cool you wrap it in foil so it doesn't dry out.

Enjoy.
