I'm in desperate need of an ass-kicking work out.
I've been on a little hiatus the past few weeks, mainly because I've been lazy and partly because I was plateauing on the scale, so I figured a few weeks of taking it easy in the sweat department might rekindle the fat burning furnace when I go hard at the gym again... I should have kept up with yoga, but I did keep up with eating right so I haven't gained. ReplyDeleteThose cat pictures...so cute! Mine has been doing the exact same thing quite often as of late. He flops down on his back, paws up, belly exposed. Why do they do it? My first guess is because they're showing submission to their master, like a gesture of respect...but my second guess (at least with my cat) is because he's a manipulative jerk and knows I'll find it so adorable I have no choice but to stop whatever I'm doing and pet him.
