1 small cucumber, 1 Roma tomato, handful of diced onion, 4 tbs feta cheese, 1/4th cup plain Greek yogurt. Mix ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste and a dash of curry powder.
Mix until evenly distributed, put on bread and serve open faced.
